Application guidelines download
1.You can apply using either film or digital.
*However, please be aware of the pixel count as the winning works will be enlarged to A4 to A3 size for the photo exhibition.
The author is responsible for printing the work for exhibition. We have items available for loan.
2. Submissions must be a set of 20 to 30 photos with the same theme.
Please send it to our gallery's email address via external storage such as GIGA FILE mail.
3. When applying, please include the author's name, phone number, title of the work, and purpose of photographing (400-800 characters) along with the download URL of the photo in the email.
4. Exhibition of winning works • During the exhibition of winning works, please basically be present in the gallery.
著作権・使用権の承諾について
1.応募作品の著作権は、撮影者に帰属します。
2.主催者は、応募作品を第三者に営利目的で利用させることはありません。営利目的で利用する場合には、 撮影者に事前に目的、条件(有償、無償)を説明した上で、許諾が得られたもの についてのみ利用します。
3.人物を主題にした作品の場合は被写体の人物から了解を得てください。
4.応募作品が「合成または過度に加工された写真」である場合は、その旨を明記して下さい。
